firestarter failed

Why do I'm getting a message that Firestarter Failed start during boot up process? Is it just normal that Firestarter autoloads only after gui?

You have to start it manually, with each boot. This is so you can enter the password, which is not saved by default for security purposes. There's a way to defeat it, but it's not recommended.

You can start it via the console as sudo firestarter, or it's usually in the menus; typically, under "System...Administration..."

But, it's normal, since it can't start without authorization, which the user must provide...
