firefox plugins?


I was wondering what could cause firefox to not see the plugins installed but when I restart fedora it then suddenly sees them.

I'll need more info about what's going on. You can't see the plugins in the plugin manager? Or the plugins don't work? You might be seeing a list of available, but not installed yet plugins.

You can try this from the url box: about: plugins

If you have just installed the plugin then FireFox needs a restart before that can be used. Now, that is FF working.

sry, the plugins dont show up sometimes and they dont work, but when I restart my comp. they do work and they do show up. these are plugins that I have had for a while. ex. flash player ect.

Ive tried restarting firefox but that doesnt work ethier

They might be old plugins, for a previous version of firefox.
