Firefox not Working-- URGEnt
 

When ever i m typing firfox & in konsole it says the process is already running.
when i try to kill that process it is unable to kill
and showing this error

Don't know much about servers...can you kill it as root? If you don't have root access, can the sysadmin kill it for you?
