Red face Firefox and Iceweasel was working, now it is crashing

Whenever I load Firefox or Iceweasel, some webpages cause the browser to shut down.

I have tried running it from terminal, and all I get is "segmentation fault."

So now I am on Epiphany (which I really hate).

How do I even begin to resolve an issue like this?

I am currently running:

Distributor ID: Debian
Description: Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.5 (squeeze)
Release: 6.0.5
Codename: squeeze

Mozilla Iceweasel 3.5.16, Copyright (c) 1998 - 2010 mozilla.org

Please help.

1) Update Iceweasel the current version is 14.0.1 use the mozilla.debian.net repo or backports for the ESR version
2) update flash
3) update Java
4) start Iceweasel in safemode if it doesn't crash the problem is most likely an extension or theme
5) Create a new Iceweasel profile
6) move .mozilla to .mozilla.bak
7) install iceweasel-dbg for more detailed crash info
