Finding SuSE linux network connection speed info


I wanting to find a linux command that can tell me at what network speed ( ex: 100bps or 1gig, etc) my linux server is connected to the network at?

man ethtool

Or in the output of dmesg (if it hasn't scrolled out of the
buffer after boot yet).

dmesg | grep -C 4 eth0
