Find out what kind of memory devices I have

Hi!
I use Suse and I've tried to find out what I do have exactly for a DDR module. I looked in yast (Hardware Infos) and in /proc/meminfo but I only found very technical infos that didn't tell me how much RAM, and how many Mhz the memory has.
where can I foind this?
thanks.
