The natural way is logging in from the distant server and then using the iptables command. This requires one port to be open, typically SSH (22).

Maybe you are looking for port knocking, a solution that opens a port by accessing certain ports in a certain order. This description seems to be readable and competent.

thanks for answering me...but i had been told to register to no-ip what i just did. and now i do not know the following step ahead of that...

Most ISP's allocate personal accounts a different ip address, fairly frequently.
Unless you pay for a static ip address, you can't access your PC remotely.

no-ip provides a way round this.

You will still need to port forward a port from your router to your PC.
You configure your router to do this.

You will then get port scanned a lot on this open port.

is it free to do it on no-ip?

See an explanation at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_DNS
Choose one from http://dnslookup.me/dynamic-dns/
BTW no-ip seems to require Windows<spit>

http://www.dnsdynamic.org/ appears to be free.
You will need to update periodically via its API (periodically) with your current ip address.
You might need to set up a cron job to do this.

You should check what software (if any) is getting installed on your PC.

thanks i will check that!
