find in current directory


Hi,
Can any one send me the command to search for files in current directory only.
If i use find command,it is searching in sub directories also.Is there any option for find command to search only in current directory?

Plz send me ASAP..

Plz type "man find" ASAP and look in the documentation for the option name that starts with 'max', ends with 'th' and expects a 'level' as parameter.

It doesn't work that way---around here, we respond when we jolly well get around to it.....

find has a format which includes the pathname.
Anytime you use a pathname, "." means current directory

If it's just the current dir, I'd be tempted to use ls & pipe through grep ...
