filesystem loading failure

*****Dropping you to the shell; the system will reboot
*****when you leave the shell.
*****warning -- SELinux is active
*****Disabling security enforcement for system recovery
*****Run 'setenforce 1' to reenable


I am getting this error please someone can help me out.

Since you provide no details, not sure how we can. Version/distro of Linux? What kind of hardware? What got you to this point? What happened? What was the rest of this message?

And chances are that's not the whole error...probably has something about running fsck manually. Since it told you that, you should do it.
