File Sharing over VPN

Hello, people in my company used to get shared files on server after they VPN to corporate net. Now nobody is able to get to these files over VPN. We are using Centos 4.4 - LDAP, SAMBA, APATCHE2. Where should I start troubleshooting or what info you need in order to help to figured it out that problem. Please advice. Thanks for any hints.

They used to do it by typing ip in IE:80 now you can get to "some" empty place.

Thanks Chris. It was VPN issue not CENTOS. Thanks anyway
