file not found, no access (mirrors)

I am in the process of mounting all of the packages for Gnome and several of the files are coming back with failed retrieving file (file not found, no access).

I know the files are available because they are in the wiki for installation instructions.

I uncommented all of the US mirrors and wrote a script to rate the closest mirrors and use them. But that cannot be the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't understand "mounting all of the packages". You don't mount packages you install them. Can you explain what you mean by
several of the files are coming back with failed retrieving file
What command did you give to get this result?
