i got a file for linux with this extension

what do i do with it to make it work

it should be a installer or a whole cd (iso)

what do you mean executing it ?
./ filename.iso.by_efish.bin ?

yes. try that

just the output of

file filename.iso.by_efish.bin

it it says executable(ELF) then

./filename should execute it
