File & Dir Sharing

In Samba, what is the command line for:
1. adding share
2. changing share
3. deleting share
4. assigning permission (Read, Write access)

After looking up and down for file/dir sharing info, it always directs me to smb.conf --> [global] and [home] sections. Is this the only way we administer the file/dir sharing?

Appreciate your help! Thanks!

there are no command lines for it, just edit the smb.conf, or an interface such as webmin might be suitable for you.
