FFmpeg Two Pass

Hi, what would be the best command line settings to do a two pass conversion on a video file of 93 mins to mpeg1 at a max file size of 800mb.

I can get the bitrates from a calculator I just dont know the correct command line settings.

Any help on this would be great.

That is a big video file at 93 minutes! What resolution are you using for it?
