Question Fedora11 cannot display Chinese perfectly in English environment like before

I happened to find that. So annoying!
Could anyone help me with that?
Do I need to download a bunch of Chinese support?
How can I make that without changing to a complete Chinese environment?

I installed Gnome and KDE desktop both. Does that cause the problem when updates? I found that Chinese didn't display well as usual in Firefox either.
