Question Fedora/QLogic/CX500

Hi Everyone,

I've installed a QLogic 2342 HBA in my server, and have connected it to my EMC CX500. Everything on the server end looks OK, but I can't see the LUN. Likewise on the CX500, I can't see the servers card presented. I've made sure the BIOS on the HBA is up to date... Do I need to do anything special to see the server from my CX?

This sounds more like an iSCSI problem than a Linux problem. Or are you saying you can't see your iSCSI HBA from within the Linux OS running on your server? If that's not it, is it possible that there's a firewall somewhere blocking the iSCSI traffic?
