Fedora Installation question.

Hello All,

I've just tried to install the new version of Fedora on AMD K6 400MHZ, When I boot the image cd from the cd, Fedora starts with the countdown.
When the machine tries to reboot it gives me an error :

"This Kernel requires the following features not present on the CPU:
CMOV

Unable to boot- Please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU.

Can you guys explain me how I can fix this error to install this O/S?

There is any way I can fix this??

Please let me know

Thanks

Fabio Almeida

The default kernel that comes with Fedora 12 requires CMOV support in the CPU.
Your CPU does not support this.

Get a new CPU or use a different distribution or older version.
