Unhappy fedora dual boot goes to grub command line

While deleting partitions to install linux 10 from scratch, a power surge of something came through and my computer froze. When I re-started the system, my boot sector for fedora 9 is gone. Now my dual boot doesn't work and I get sent to the grub command line. How do I get it to boot, or at least get my windows to boot so I can erase all of the linux partitions and start over? I'm not worried about lost linux data because I just started and there isn't any. PLEASE HELP!!! I HAVE SCHOOL TOMARROW

Welcome to LQ!

Boot from a live CD or the Fedora install CD in rescue mode, mount the system with chroot (CD will help you) and install grub

with #grub-install /dev/sda

Before doing this, check your partition table
