Fedora Core 4 loading problem


hi
ive installed fc4 on my hd
and when i reboot i get grub>
i came to understand that i didnt install no boot loader

and id really be thankfull for any kind of help
loading linux via grub>

Hi.

I have no experience to Fedora, but I think you should boot the installation CD to rescue mode, and write
Code:
grub-install /dev/hda
Assuming you use an IDE-drive.

hi
having similar prob /
i tried the above that didnt soled my problem. could u please tell me is grub-install /dev/hda is that recoverd the grub
