fedora boot problem
 
Hi,
I am trying to boot fedora on my laptop.
I ve selected cd for boot it continues without problem till to the test memory or skip part but when i selected skip it gives error

usr/bin/loadpolicy:error while loading shared libraries/lib/libc.so.6:invalid ELF header.
.......
.........
...........

You may safely reboot your system.
I would like to use linux so please help me.

I'm no expert, but have you checked the disc for physical scratches? Also try using the CD's self diagnostic tool

I also used partition magic.I left for swap and ext2 but again giving same error.

My configuration
Windows XP OS
160 gb hd
2 gb ram

so suitable for linux.Still i couldnt solve.

It seems your libc installation is corrupted, maybe a reinstall of "libc" or "glibc" would fix it.
