Question Fedora 6: Configure Video Resolution

Buenas tardes.

Saludos y Gracias

Google trans
Good evening.

He explained:
Fedora6 Once installed, reboot the computer.
Then begins the first boot of Fedora 6, then a few seconds is not anything displayed on the monitor. I get the message that the monitor or the frequency is out of range so I can not see anything and therefore can not follow the conifuración.

How can I change the screen resolution, to follow the configuration of Fedora 6?

The monitor has a max resolution of 1024x768 and I think that booting fedora 6 with 1200x1024.
you do know that fedora 6 is OUT OF DATE and WAY past it's "End Of Life"
there are NO updates for it AND almost ALL of the software repo's are OFFLINE

you will need to ( by hand- yes manually) edit the "/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo" and "/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates.repo" to point to the archives . and they are 1.5 years OUT OF DATE
Fedora 11 will be out in a week or two

also fedora 6 is old enough that it might not work on some VERY new laptops .
