Fedora 2 and 3 and redhat8 don't install browser by default
I've installed Fedora 2 and Fedora 3 and Red Hat 9 and on each one
the browser icon next to the red hat in the taskbar has caused an error. The current error in Fedora3 is: "ERROR: The browser firefox does not exist. Please reconfigure." The error in redhat 9 is: "Cannot launch icon. Details: Failed to execute child process "mozilla" (No such file or directory)" Here is a screen shot: http://www.tanguay.at/images/simpleX...oraDesktop.jpg I have installed Suse Linux at least 5 times and all desktop browser icons have worked. Is this a bug in Redhat/Fedora in general or am I doing something wrong in ALL the installations (I basically choose all defaults, next, next, next). THanks. |
u're right - it doesn't instlal it by default.. u gotta install "Graphical Internet" to get firefox
