Hi:

I realize that you have an Intel grahics card but perhaps these instructions will help eventho they are for
a Nvidia card for Fedora-

http://fedorasolved.org/video-solutions/nvidia-yum-kmod
http://www.ehow.com/how_6536245_do-d...d-fedora_.html
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/...iguration.html

Reading about both of your graphics cards may help you to decide which one to choose.
If it were my system I would stick with only one card and not run either at my choosing-
But that's just me.
http://www.amd.com/us/products/Pages/graphics.aspx

This is the only graphics card I see in the output you posted.
Code:
VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI Caicos [Radeon HD 6400M/7400M Series]
Maybe another member more knowledgeable will come along and tell us how to switch between 2 graphics cards.
Here's a few articles about:
Switching manually between two graphics cards

Dual Video card in Fedora

Control 2 graphics card in Fedora

The only other thing that I have in mind is you could 'tweak' your Xorg.conf file to have what you want-
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xorg.conf
http://www.x.org/archive/X11R6.8.0/doc/xorg.conf.5.html

That's all I can think of for now; malxxxl;
Hope this helps.
