fedol2a col2e boot floppy?
Hello everyone. I have just started to learn the Linux :) and I have a quick question that maybe someone can help me with. I am a longtime Winblows user, and this is my first real exposure to the LinuxOS.
I have just installed Fedora Core on a box, and that all went freat. It boots up just fine, video, mouse, etc are all working. The only problem I had during the install was the boot floppy. Since I am obsessive compulsive with boot floppies, and I must have them for every install i do, I selected yes to creat a boot floppy during the install. The error I received was something to the effect that the installed size is too big to fit on a floppy. My question is: Is there a way around this? Or am I stuck without a boot floppy? Thanks in advance fellers. Peace. :Pengy: |
You can download a boot floppy:
www.toms.net/rb Also, some boot floppies can boot their own independent system or boot the system you have installed on the hd. |
