fdisk or cfdisk not working

When I type fdisk -l command, there is no result.
cfdisk, gave me error:
FATAL ERROR: Cannot open disk drive
Press any key to exit cfdisk

OK, I found the reason.
fdisk /dev/ida/c0d0 for RAID.
