FC1 Error installing a program... Help!

I was trying to install kzephyr and I got this message:
make: *** No rule to make target `config'. Stop.

I untarred and un gz ed it, then I cd into it's directory, hit ./configure, let it finish, then hit "make config" and it didn't work! I get this error a lot and it'd be a great help if someone told me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

Usually you just type 'make' after ./configure and then 'make install'. Unless the documentation for the software you're trying to install says differently, you do all the configuration with the configure script.
