Thumbs up fatal: Read from socket failed: Connection reset by peer

I am implementing log transfer from client to server via TCP. I am using ssh. During this process i come across this error. Can you please help me to solve this error.

The error is

fatal: Read from socket failed: Connection reset by peer

I am getting this in my log data. I am getting this same message frequently and perfectly once in 5 min.

Please help me in solving this problem.
