bt5 rc3 was built in ubuntu 12.04
dist upgrading to 12.10 would KILL BT!!! and be left with a dead system

and is and never will be intended for a inexperienced user let alone one that did not know anything about " CASE SENSITIVITY "

PLEASE read the kali documentation!!!!!!!!
kali has 2 uses
the first is for the professional security EXPERT

the second use can land you in front of a Judge in a court room then prison
