FATAL ERROR: Network error: Connection timed out

I am trying to run commands on virtual Linux host using plink.
After running few commands successfully I am getting "FATAL ERROR: Network error: Connection timed out" error for sometime. If I run commands continuously without stopping ,after some time commands are running again successfully. This host is virtual host.

Why am i getting this error? please give the suggestion.
