fastest Redhat Linux 8 mirror
what is the fastest Redhat Linux 8 mirror aside from Redhat?
|
Thats impossible to answer. It will always change due to network load and the number of users currently using the mirror.
Try different mirrors and don't download during peak hours ie: 9-5 local server time. |
Have you got a LUG nearby? Perhaps someone has what you need and will burn a copy for you.
Never underestimate the bandwidth of a LUG full of install CDs. |
A better question is why do you want to install Redhat 8, it isn't supported anymore...if you want to use redhat you should try the latest fedora core install.
