Failed to start Apply Kernel Variables message when booting on Debian


I'm new in the world of Linux and recently I have installed Debian.

When I'm booting the OS an error message Failed to start Apply Kernel Variables always appears, however, I can enter normally to the OS. The main point is, why does this message appear? What's the cause?

Here's is the output of the command sudo systemctl status systemd-sysctl.service:
