Failed to load ldlinux.c32

So I wanted to switch from windows to linux using unetbootin. I downloaded the tool and after resetting pc I was in bios loop for quite a time. Finally when I managed to leave it the Failed to load ldlinux.c32 message popped up. Now it pops up everytime and I cant even switch to windows. Whats the best solution to this?

I guess you need to configure boot order. First try linux in a VM.

What do you mean? I have boot sequence in bios and everytime I choose Windows Boot Manager as first and click save and quit after reboot it puts it on the last place

From that error message, it seems there is a problem booting the USB and has been around for a few years with no real cause why it affects some people and not others. Did the USB ever boot into Linux and run?

No it never booted. Also in fact there was USB and disk opton on unetbootin so i went along with disk.

Ah! That seems to be the problem. The disk option is not what you think it is: https://sourceforge.net/p/unetbootin/wiki/installmodes/

This is often referred to as a "frugal install", as it doesn't install a dedicated bootloader and doesn't make a separate partition, but rather piggybacks off the existing OS's bootloader and installs the files for the live environment inside the existing partition

So what is recommended for me to do now? I pretty much cant use my pc

You might be able to get to the Windows boot options by holding the shift key while the system boots. I never tried this, so don't know if it works.
The only other option is to get a Windows install or recovery disk and boot from that to repair the boot manager.
