Failed to get JAVA_HOME with service <servicename> start


Hi,

I wrote a service script. In the script, I printed the JAVA_HOME.

JAVA_HOME is able to get when I start the service as /etc/init.d/<servicename> start

But failed to get JAVA_HOME when I start the service as 'service <servicename> start'

Is there an equivalent /etc/default entry?

where did you export JAVA_HOME variable? /etc/profile?
