Failed Installations
 

Good day all,

Can someone point out what the 3 errors below means and how to fix them (I use FC3):

localhost sendmail: /etc/mail/sendmail.cf: WARNING: dangerous write permissions

localhost sendmail: sendmail startup failed

localhost sendmail: /etc/mail/submit.cf: line 545: unknown configuration line "ft/etc/mail/trusted-users"
Apr 20 12:09:28 localhost sendmail: sm-client startup failed

Maybe others will recognize this, but I think it would help to tell su what you did to get these errors.
And--what do you mean by "failed installations"? The way I read it, FC3 is installed a working, but you have an issue with sendmail.

Yes you are correct.

The problem is with sendmail.
