Question fail running 3D OS on my computer, what to do??


I have running PClinuxOS 2007 and 3D OS (DVD) on my computer but both can not run in my computer.
here is some message
- unable to open socket for inet6
...........................
- fatal error server
- no screen found
- X10 : fatal IO error (connection .......................
.........................

I have set in power managament for ACPI = disable
but the problem is remain.

my com spec is
AMD athlon X2 4000+, motherboard biostar TF7025-M2, memory 1 Gb,
hardisk 160 GB, VGA on board nvidia (intergrated in Geforce 7025/NF630a chipset.

what do i have to do ???????

Looks like you need to configure your X server. The ipv6 error probably has nothing to do with it. Try using the utilities included into your distribution, or the xorgconfig command that comes with X. Once you have the X server working, you can think about installing the proprietary NVidia drivers if you like...

thanks, I will do what you suggest, and I will confirm to my experienced friends about that. because this is my first experience in using linux.
