face to face in Malaysia ... Penang
Hi - where is a good forum to find linux users in Penang, Malaysia? I have a lot of questions, and maybe a couple of answers and I want to find people who I can share my questions and answers with.
I have found the Penang Linux Users Group but they appear to be defunt, no replies from their contact address
Awaiting some wisdom ...
Thomas

You might have to resurrect the Penang Linux Users Group yourself.

I would go for it! I bumped into a fellow LQer once - quite by accident, really. I went on a kayak surf weekend with the canoe club that I used to be a member of, and one of the new members was talking about computers and we got chatting about Linux and then I mentioned LQ... he said that he was already a member. It was very strange when I told him my pseudonym - he knew who I was then! Anyway, it was pretty cool to actually meet someone from the boards.
Go for it.
