External Bluetooth Mouse adjustments -Linux Mint 18.3 64-bit

Hi,

I should like to change ONE adjustment item in settings for an external Bluetooth Mouse for Laptop
(Touchpad disengaged).

1) Changing Mouse appearance to an inverted appearance, so the Mouse will show WHITE on a Black background and BLACK on a White background (like in Windows settings).

That would be a desktop theme change. Please view the settings for Desktop Themes and if you do not like what you find for options, then look for additional desktop themes which you can install.
