expanding disk size of rhel in vmware workstation

Dear friends, i am trying to install rhel 5 on vmware workstation in windows xp host.
I am doing custom install but after installing /home gets maximum size out of whole disk and other file systems like /var ,/usr,/etc/ get 1.5 gb each.Because of that i am not able to copy dvd contents to /vat/ftp/pub to create yum.
Please suggest me how can i create partitions manually or expand existing partitions.

There is simple work around try this if it works..
Download or put your DVD in a partition where you have plenty of space like /home as you mentioned.
And put a symbolic link in the /var/ftp/pub of that DVD's contents. This should work.
If this not works, try renaming ..The name should be same as of package....
Hope this works..
