Exim with Greylist in MySQL with static whitelist

Hi,
I've configured Exim with MySQL, as described here:
https://struction.de/projects/HOWTO_VirtualMail_Exim-MySQL-Spamassassin-ClamAV-Dovecot/

but there is a problem with emails sent from outlook and gmail. Each time, emails are coming back with different IP, and finally I can't get them. So I am looking for solution how can I statically whitelist all emails from these two domains.

MySQL scheme:
https://struction.de/projects/HOWTO_VirtualMail_Exim-MySQL-Spamassassin-ClamAV-Dovecot/config/system-scheme.sql

Exim config:
https://struction.de/projects/HOWTO_VirtualMail_Exim-MySQL-Spamassassin-ClamAV-Dovecot/config/exim/exim.conf
