execve failed for /etx/x11/x (errno 13)


Hi well as u can geuss im a newbi
but very KEEN to fsck off windows because it sux

well im trying to startx
im logged in a SU
and im running mandrake 8.1 linux
geforce 4 440 64meg
1200 duron
256 meg ram

Version 2.4.8-26mdk

i type startx and this comes up

execve failed for /etx/x11/x (errno 13)
giving up
xinit: No suck file or directory (errno 2): unable to connect to X server
xinit: No such process (errno 3): server error.


so if u could translate that for me some how lol
