Unhappy Evolution not deleting POP3 server mail when Getting mail.

I will get Lunix working and scrap Bill's O/S, but I'm so new I must still use Win for some things.

When I Send/Receive mail using Evolution my mail items do not delete from the POP3 server. Eventually, when someone sends me email they get a "Mailbox Full" returned mail.

I must then signon to my Comcast.net mail account using a web browser and delete my mail items manually. I was using Netscape Messenge before and there was an option to delete the POP3 server mail when receiving the mail to my local copy. I've looked all over and I can not find this in Evolution. I've checked my Comcast account to see if I missed something there and I didn't see anything to automatically delete email when downloading mail.

Any help will be appreciated.

This is Evolution 1.4.6:

Tools > Settings > Mark the account you wanna edit if there's more than one > Edit (right side) > Receiving Options > Message storage > Untick "Leave messages on server"

That should solve it.

YES! That is it! Thank you.

One issue at a time and I will have this machine running all my apps. Not to mention all I will have learned. I'm even starting to learn some Command Line commands and syntax. Almost like learning DOS in 82.
