evolution error
 

I am able to reieve message but not able to send message on evolution from my mail client. evolution gives the error as :

The 'question' you posted doesn't match the error. You say you can receive and not send, but the error message clearly states that it cannot GET (receive) a message.

Again, you don't post what version/distro of Linux, Evolution, or what mail server you're connecting to, or anything you have found in log files. As has been said to you before, if you don't post complete information, you can't get solutions.

And a brief Google search turns up lots, pointing to various things, depending on what you're reading from. The solution for Gmail errors is different than problems with SElinux or firewalls. Did you bother to try to look this up, or do you want us to look things up for you?
