hi,
Every Things shows in trash both deleted and nondeleted,so i am confused which files i am really deleted from trash and get free space,any one help me

You're going to have to be a little more descriptive. Does the trash folder have a tree view that shows the entire system? What desktop environment are you using? Usually to empty (ie truly delete) what is in the trash folder, right-click on it and select "empty".

i have redhat advance server 2.1As and using GNOME desktop.

Just want to point out, you didn't really answer my questions, so I'm still not clear what your problem is. A screenshot would help too. Hope you've got it figured out!
