eTicket ticketing tool asking for password everytime
Hello all,
Running eTicket 1.7.3 for the internal ticketing of the organizational IT resources. Suddenly, it has started behaving weirdly and does not store cookies or credentials or something is wrong. Whenever I want to view a ticket or want to respond to it or close it or move from one page to another, it takes me back to login page and asks for user name and password. And this happens on every operation. Have restarted the apache and mysql, though I know this is not the issue. Also restarted the server itself. But nothing is working. |
Never mind. The "/" was filled to its limit. Freed up the space and everything is working now. Sorry for the question.
