Pythons variables on Linux….
Sudo gedit variables #! Result shows ** (gedit: 2152): warning **: set document metadata failed. How to get away for this ?

Use sudoedit instead and set your editor to gedit and avoid the way you are currently trying.

Code:
export EDITOR=$(which gedit)
sudoedit variables
What problem are you trying to solve?
