Ethernet Cards

Dear All,

I have some problem with network cards in fedora 6. Whenever we reboot the machine, the eth0 or eth1 would create a backup of eth0.bak or eth1.bak

I looked into newtwork-scripts, a back up is created their as wel.

So how do we resolve this issue ?

A backup file is usually created when either the card is removed or the connection is deleted from the GUI administration windows.
This is my personal experience.
