While what
JJJCR has suggested is well worth a try (and I suggest you do try it);
I think we need to find out which of your ethernet interfaces actually connects to your router.
Also, I noticed in your initial output that one of your ethernet interfaces reported an error (being
enp4s0f2), I'm wondering if this is the ethernet interface in question.
To find this out, make sure your phone is NOT connected and connect your ethernet cable (make sure it gets an IP address from your router) and the ethernet interface that gets an IP, IS the ethernet interface in question (if that makes sense).
Also, can you post your kernel log, to see if that can tell us anything? (MAKE SURE you USE CODE tags, this time)
