/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit problem
Ok well i accidently edited my /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit and now my linux wont boot properly, is there any way i can go to a unix shell and re edit it, or a good boot disk, im trying knoppix, but usually the boot disks never mount my hd, is there any way i can stop /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit from running so i can get to a unix shell or something?!:Pengy:

Boot from your cd into rescue mode. That should allow you to gain access, edit the file acordingly and fix the problem.
