/etc/menu files not working

well im trying to add programs to my fluxbox menu using the /etc/menu/ files so that when i install somthing it isnt overwriten. Problem is when i type update-menus it says some unclear message about somthing being wrong.

Unknown error, message=Package
Skipping file because of errors...
In file "/etc/menu/Savage", at (or in the definition that ends at) line 1:
?Package() needs=X11 section=Games/Online title="Savage" command=/savage/savage

heres the menu entrie /etc/menu/Savage

?Package() needs=X11 section=Games/Online title="Savage" command=/savage/savage
