what is the last 2 number "1 1" mean in the above

The 5th column is the "dump" option. It's used for backing up files. If set to 0 the dump will ignore the filesystem on that partition. The 6th column is an "fsck" option to determin what order the filesystem is to be checked. If set to 0 it wont check any files on that partition
